How long will delivery take?

Delivery takes approximately 30 minutes to 3 hours in the cities of Douala and Yaoundé. For any other city in Cameroon, the shipping time is generally 1 to 2 days. We strive to deliver to you as quickly as possible and will keep you informed of the status of your order.

What exactly happens after the order is placed?

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your purchase details. A customer service representative will call you to confirm, and then a delivery agent will contact you to arrange delivery or shipping to your address. We ensure the process is simple and transparent.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

When you order from our website, you will receive an invoice from our delivery agent at the delivery address. If the product is shipped to a city other than Douala or Yaoundé, you will receive the invoice from the shipping company handling the shipment. You also have the option to receive an electronic invoice directly via WhatsApp.
